Hello and Welcome to The Albion Cattle Society!

This site has been created to provide information about this dual purpose rare breed and to allow Albion cattle to be registered.
Albions have recently (October 2018) been officially recognised as a true native breed by being added to the Rare Breeds Survival Trust watch list.
This is fantastic news, with lots more work to be done to increase the breed population which currently stands at approximately 257 Albion cattle- including males & grading up cattle. (Grassroots: January 2021)
