Countryfile features Albions in Cheshire!

Last Sunday, 10th March, 18-30, there was a section filmed near Sandbach, Cheshire from the society's chairman's farm on BBC Countryfile. Adam was buying a bull from there but they also filmed scenes in the parlour. The bull is Betchton Harold who was much admired at the Open Day held back in August; we hope he will have semen collected one day as well- that would make another interesting episode! Harold has grown considerably since last August, when this photo was taken, the worry was whether he would fit in the cattle trailer along with a pony trap?! Adam was also purchasing an in-foal Suffolk Punch mare.
